Your Thrifty Kleen Dry Cleaning Company driver trains in Antarctica for extreme winter conditions; in Death Valley for blistering heat; Chicago for stop n’ go traffic; and the rainforests of the Pacific Northwest. Okay, maybe we’ve gone a little overboard but our drivers are dedicated and ready for you.

Yes. FREE Pickup & Delivery is absolutely free!

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Just click on sign me up for FREE Pickup & Delivery Service, visit us, or call us at 219.838.5725 or any location.

We will provide you with a free pickup & delivery bag(s) with nametags, a door hanger (wreath hanger), and a short application.

How does FREE Pickup & Delivery work?

For pickup, place your garments in your complimentary bag with nametag outside your front door or specially requested area before 8:30am on your service day(s). For delivery, make sure the door hook (wreath hanger) we supply is on your door or specially requested area. We will place your order on your hook between your outer and inner
route
door.

How do I pay?

We bill your credit card on file at the end of each month for invoices during that month. Many customers keep their attached invoices each month for their records.

When are my service days?

Munster, Highland, & Griffith: Tuesdays and Fridays.
Dyer, Schererville, and St. John: Mondays and Thursdays.

*Please allow extra time for comforters, repairs, leather, fur, rugs, draperies, and specialty items.


How often do you pickup and deliver?

We pickup and deliver once a week, twice a week, monthly, or when you call.

Can I have FREE Pickup & Delivery at work?

Yes. We have many corporate accounts, as employers realize this is a valuable convenience and benefit to offer their employees. For large corporate offices with many floors, a designated pickup and delivery room or closet on a lower floor is typically a good idea. Ask your employer if this will work for you.

Can I use coupons?

Yes! Simply slide your coupon in the nametag on your bag.
